Return Eligibility & Conditions

• Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

• Eligible Items: Standard size items are eligible for return. Please note: Custom-made or tailor-made pieces cannot be returned.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint or hair.

• Accepted Reasons: We accept returns for reasons including "don't like it," "wrong product," "wrong color or size," or "damaged item." (Note: Due to high shipping costs, we do not accept returns where multiple pieces are ordered but only one is kept.)

• Damaged Items: For items damaged in transit, we accept returns, but we will need your cooperation to help file a shipping claim.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Please contact our Customer Service via email at info@elidress.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and a brief explanation of the issue. (Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.)

2. Return Shipping: Once approved, we will send you a return address and a Product Return Form. Please send the item(s) via your local post office (regular service, not expedited couriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx) within 3–5 business days. Please keep your tracking number safe.

3. Inspection & Refund: Returned items will be inspected. Once we confirm the issue, we'll process your refund. Funds typically appear in your account within 2–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. (Please note: Small transaction fees may apply.)

4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply to international returns.
